  1. Ya! Finally a Scout! I also chose Lisbeth. Gage give me shivers just thinking about him... Nice list!

  2. Oh, I do like Charlotte! It's both elegant and homespun.

  3. I like Charlotte, but maybe as a middle name. I like Lisbeth as well.

  4. You're the first Scout I've seen! I was beginning to forget everyone forgot she was there!

  5. Ah, Gage! How could I have forgotten? I loved that book and that name as a teen.

    Reading Lark's Top 10

  6. I love Scout, too. I had it on a list of names for kids when I was little. Thanks for hopping by.

  7. I like Lyra and Scout as well, just got done listening to To Kill a Mockingbird. I love this topic for a blog post,t oo bad I'm a couple years late in seeing this. I have 3 sons already so it'd hard thinking of boys book characters that I'd name. But for girls, I like the name Rue from the Hunger Games, Liesel from the Book Thief and although I didn't yet finish the book Elisa from The Girl of Fire and Thorns. For boys, I like Atticus from To Kill a Mockingbird for the kind-hearted, patient and open-minded man and father that he is and Oscar, the bright, precocious boy from Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. Not quite 10 but I've used up 3 of my favorite book-worthy names already.

  8. oooh Nicholas and Perenelle are pretty cool names too from the Alchemyst.

    1. Tanya, I enjoyed revisiting this with you! You made me smile! Those are really great names. :)
